# Translation Amagaya Chihiro is a high school boy who, for various reasons, was raised as a girl and possesses an appearance that looks like a beautiful girl. In his elementary school days, he met Aoi, a guardian deity, in a dream and promised to become one of his retainers. One day, Aoi suddenly appears before Chihiro, who had believed that series of events was merely a dream, in order to formally accept him as a retainer. When Aoi demands that Chihiro become his retainer immediately, Chihiro has no objection to becoming a retainer itself, but requests time to put his personal affairs in order. Though Aoi is reluctant at first, he receives persuasion from those around him, including Tatsumi Amagaya, the chief priest of Yusuji Shrine and Chihiro's guardian, and agrees to allow it. And so, a strange shared life begins at Yusuji Shrine among four people—Aoi, Aki the nekomata who serves as Aoi's chaperone, Tatsumi, and Chihiro—while Chihiro settles his personal matters. Furthermore, through an unexpected turn of events, Aoi also ends up attending Satomiya High School, which Chihiro attends, as his fiancé.
