Letter

After the war ended, a woman claiming to be the older sister of an old friend sends mail to Takagi upon his return. It contains news that his friend had died in battle, along with a bundle of letters addressed to Takagi that were found among his belongings. As Takagi reads through these letters, which describe the changing seasons and memories, the feelings that his former close friend had harbored gradually come to light. A series of interconnected short stories set in Japan during World War II, composed of seven letters addressed from "I" to "you." All characters and events depicted are fictional. This is BL.
