One day, a boy died in the real world and was sent to the heavens. The boy, who had lost his memory, became close with the gods he met there (through a kotatsu). As the seven of them gathered around the kotatsu and spent time together in warmth and comfort, the gods grew drawn to him. The supreme god recounted his life to him as if unraveling a history textbook, and the boy received a new name from the supreme god along with various divine blessings before being transferred to another world. Having received blessings—a cheat in name only—he is sent to a world called "Avas." What kind of life will he lead there? That is this story.
