This is a cheerful story about a genuinely brother-complex and sister-complex siblings who get lost in another world, get picked up by a loli elf (168 years old), and spend their time bantering and flirting with each other. There is no hero summoning, world crisis, or hidden secrets about the protagonist's birth. It's a pseudo-fantasy where the siblings do things like "go orc hunting because they want to eat tonkatsu," "run away at full speed while shouting 'idiot, idiot!' when they encounter a strong monster," "feed each other parfaits in the city," and "play tag with everyone for some reason."
