There are no days off in the royal palace medical office. ~When I was tired from working on holidays, it seems I ended up going on a date with a knight who apparently wanted to court me with marriage in mind.~

The protagonist works in the medical office of the royal palace. She is exhausted from consecutive late shifts and mandatory days off. One day, she is invited to dinner by the knight William, whom she had secretly harbored feelings for. On the way to the meal, she deliciously eats the confection "maritozzo" that she had admired with William. Then comes the day of her mandatory work shift. For some reason, she gets punched by an angry man. It turns out that her senior colleague, who has been pushing work onto her, had apparently told her father that she was being pushed to do work. However, her senior colleague actually had circumstances that she couldn't discuss with anyone. It is William who saves the protagonist when she falls into a pinch. The distance between the two rapidly closes... A love story between the earnest and hardworking protagonist and a sincere knight.
