The Tyrannical Hero ~ A Hero Summoning? Don't Mess With Me! ~

In June of the tenth year of Tenshō, Nobunaga and Ranmaru, who were preparing to repel Akechi's attack at Honnō-ji, were suddenly transported to a completely unfamiliar place by a mysterious crest pattern that appeared beneath their feet. Moreover, the area is full of foreigners. (Could this be the sorcery of the Bateren?!) The two of them brace themselves... This is a rejected-draft ("Hero Summoning") version of "The Fierce Holy Maiden," but since these two characters make a brief appearance in "The Fierce Holy Maiden," I'm posting just the prologue section as a short story.
