Can You Customize the Advertisements on Syosetu (Becoming a Novelist) on Your Own?

I was casually looking into advertisements on Syosetu when I came across an exchange on a certain Q&A forum. The post was essentially asking, "Isn't it strange that clearly R-18 rated advertisements are displayed on pages for all-ages novels?" One of the responses stated, "The advertisements are customized based on the content you normally view, so if such ads are appearing, it's probably because you frequently access those kinds of sites regularly." When I thought about the questioner's feelings, I felt a bit melancholy. Then I had a sudden realization. If advertisements really are being displayed based on users' browsing history, then couldn't I use that system to customize the advertisements to match my own preferences?
