The Legend of the Water Maiden (or: Water Maiden Chronicles)

China, late Northern Song Dynasty. In an era when corrupt government and bandits tormented the people, two men met. Chao Gai, a man with outstanding martial arts prowess but unable to find a place to use it. Song Jiang, a man who came from the future for reasons he didn't understand. This is the story of two men who followed a curious and harsh destiny, and the women who supported them—sometimes with strength, sometimes with gentleness. We took the characters from the classical Chinese novel "Water Margin" and reimagined them as beautiful girls.
