The Expulsion Specialist: Everyone I Expel Becomes Successful. Do I Really Have to Say "Please Come Back"?

There's apparently some kind of jinx that goes: adventurers expelled from my party almost certainly end up succeeding afterward. And so, once again today, another adventurer seeking expulsion has joined my party. "Did I irritate you? Should I be expelled? Are you going to expel me??" A newbie harassing me to get expelled as quickly as possible. "Please expel me soon too~. Oh, I accidentally cast a healing spell on an enemy." A party member intentionally making incompetent moves because they want to be expelled. "Long time no see! Can I rub my success in your face now!?" A former member coming back to gloat about their achievements. Damn it, I want to expel every last one of these guys.
