The Foggy City of London. A reporter known as "I" is assigned to interview a certain famous painter. At first, I felt uncomfortable with his timid demeanor, but as I deepened our interaction through the interview, I began to develop interest in his refined gentleness and his overwhelming artistic talent. In what seemed like peaceful days, a certain rumor began to circulate in London. On foggy Wednesday nights, a murderer appears.
