When he wakes up... he finds himself not in his usual room, but in a completely unknown alternate world. And in this alternate world, medicine has made no progress at all. And this is a story where he indulges himself as he pleases in the alternate world, following his desires. People die, there are harem elements, slavery, and plenty of kemonomimi (animal-eared characters) as well. This is my fantasy story, a direct outpouring of my brain's delusions. As it is written by an amateur, the early chapters have punctuation errors and typos, making the writing difficult to read.
