One day, a boy who had been powerless suddenly manifested an ability he had given up on. The name of his ability is "Sound Dominance." However, due to the dangerous nature of his ability, the boy was designated as a target for elimination and is hunted by the "Self-Defense Force," an administrative agency tasked with maintaining public order. It was the evil organization Anonymous that reached out a hand to him. In order to survive, the boy took that hand.
