The residents of this apartment building are all carrying something. In room 401 lives a young man named Lily, who, despite his beautiful appearance with blonde hair, has extremely low self-esteem and lives his days as if something is broken within him. In his mind dwells an ominous and talkative young man who calls himself Helter, whispering to him. Everyone carries wounds somewhere and lives pretending to forget them.
