一森 一輝

On the day he had planned to propose, a young man was killed by a boy with monster-like powers. After being reincarnated, he learns that this world is the fantasy-like world he had favored in his previous life. However, every time he touches written characters, he is struck by a strange sense of dissonance—then one day, when he goes to a dojo to receive sword training from his father, he discovers a hanging scroll inscribed with "A samurai may go without food, but must not neglect his pride." In a world called Earth that has achieved fantasification through the existence of subhumans and the "magic" technology they possess, the reincarnate Soichiro lives through anguish and conflict. In Chapter One: Japan Arc, young Soichiro is born and grows up healthily, learning magic and swordsmanship, facing his childhood confrontations with man-eating ogres. Surrounded by subhumans including youkai in a nature-rich environment, Soichiro grows freely. However, he engages in deadly battles with enemies called man-eating ogres and encounters a mad-like evil god girl... In Chapter Two: Britain Arc, the first half depicts an adventure story where Fergus, Soichiro's British friend, challenges monsters from his perspective, while the second half traces how Soichiro suffered persecution and discrimination as that monster. Fergus gains strength, earns respect, and becomes a hero, while Soichiro descends into a beast in solitude and madness. The boys experience love, share friendship, and have their fates divided by conspiracy. In Chapter Three: America Arc, it depicts Soichiro's connection with his sister Shirahane, whom he was separated from in Japan, and the anti-subhuman discrimination organization ARF that she commands. Soichiro, who fell into depravity from his sister's rejection, clashes with the monsters of ARF. And just when reconciliation is finally reached, fate twists, distorts, and the evil god sneers. Soichiro and ARF unite to face discrimination and madness, but... After eight years from the start of serialization, this work, which has even been called "the most insane on Narou," is scheduled for completion. I would be happy if you could witness its conclusion. ※Warning: This work contains considerably depressing developments.
