The Doll World

The robots, having won the war against humans and overly developed robots, enacted an ordinance that allowed humans to be bought and sold as dolls. In such a world of peculiar atmosphere, a robot girl named "Mirai" and "Tsubaki," a rare pure Japanese girl being sold as a doll, meet each other. At first, the girls merely saw each other as objects and their owner, unable to acknowledge or trust one another. Gradually, as the girls touch upon each other's pasts and feelings, the distance between them draws closer. Is this emotion sympathy, pity, or something else―――. A story of girls drowning in and struggling with forbidden desires.
