Akira, a chubby fujoshi otaku, falls from a train platform on her way home from Comiket. When she comes to, she finds herself in another world. Akira thought it was an isekai transfer like in the many works she'd read, but unfortunately, she couldn't move at all. The fat she once had was completely gone, leaving only bones and skin. Her long hair that she'd left unkempt was unrecognizable—she'd gone completely bald. Before the confused Akira appears a 15-year-old boy who introduces himself as her son, Saburo. "Wait, I've never even had sexual relations, much less dated a man!? Why do I have a son!?" On top of that, Saburo for some reason begins calling Akira "Father." "I'm a woman though? At least call me 'Mother'!" A sex change for an otaku fujoshi virgin? A chaotic child-rearing life in another world...or so it was supposed to be.
