A 35-year-old virgin office worker named Shizuka Shiyomoku collapses from overwork during unpaid overtime. Looking back, it had been a terrible life. After being outed as an otaku and bullied, he never opened his heart to anyone again. After getting a job, he worked and worked, living a lonely life with no friends or romantic partners. In the end, Shizuka passed away and was reborn into another world, recovering his memories from his previous life on his 7th birthday. Finally having gotten this chance, he decides this time to live freely without being constrained by anyone, opening his heart. This world doesn't have manga or anime, but apparently magic exists here. Now is the time to realize the magic depicted in those masterpieces! With this resolve in his heart, Shizuka lives as Shizu.
