Rio Zweik, the protagonist, succeeds in transferring to the prestigious【Shadow Academy】located deep in the mountains far from civilization. At just 13 years old, he is in the 'Middle Division (Low Class)', but the students in the 'Upper Division (High Class)' he becomes involved with are actually not human?! As Rio attempts to interact with these human-hating students, he finds himself unable to hide his confusion about his own feelings. In the dormitory school, within their daily lives, these students are more awkward than humans and harbor painful wishes—how will Rio spend his time with them? Rio overcomes various trials with a certain resolve. ※This is an original work. A completely original remake of something I wrote in a notebook about 20 years ago.
