Chapters 1-3 are science fiction that carefully researches the mysteries of magical principles, the composition of magical power, its structure, and properties over a long period of time. Hypotheses, experiments, analysis, verification, and formulas and numerical values that emerge from them. The element of "making magic scientific" is pursued persistently. Chapter 4 is something wearing the skin of standard fantasy. On the surface, it's a brave protagonist in a fantasy setting, but when you look deeper, it becomes a duality that makes you smirk. True to the title's suggestion, the protagonist dies within the first few episodes and becomes some sort of no-life being, but that doesn't mean it becomes dark in tone. Probably.
