Looking back on it, I did all sorts of things to Isabella. I mocked her way of speaking. I mocked the dirt on her clothes. I loudly mocked her messy hair. I loudly mocked her for forgetting her textbook. I deliberately taught her that she could borrow one at the library, deliberately humiliating her. I drew stupid little flip-book comics all over her textbook and notebook. It must have been quite the nuisance when studying. I loudly mocked her test scores. The sight of her wasting time studying for tests was pathetic. When that girl caught a cold, I mocked her health management, subjected her to loud, shrill laughter, and drove her miserably to the nurse's office. When passing by her seat, I tripped her... or was that young lady A who did that? What a petty woman. I lifted up her skirt with wind magic... no, that was young lady B. I can only use fire magic. I told her not to eat her shabby lunch here in the classroom, driving her to a bench outside where only one or two people sat. I laughed at the sight of her up close, always. In the end, she was pushed down the stairs. Young lady C did that. What was that idiot woman C thinking, if she'd gotten seriously injured? There were other things too, but they all served to corner that girl. And the majority of it—I did. Yes, I certainly did. I think it was as wicked and atrocious as one could imagine. It was so much fun. Yes, truly so much fun. Even now, remembering the face of that girl in tears makes me laugh. Even now, I can barely contain my smile.
