I was born with strong magical power. Whenever I touched something—flowers, fruit, people—it would rot. Immediately after my birth, I was put in gloves and locked away in the church attic. Only a small window on the door connected me to the outside world. Hard bread was delivered through that window. But then, one day. A single flower began to be placed on the plate along with the bread.
