I borrowed a character from a writer friend. I want to depict the excellence of ancient martial arts that remain in modern times. Rintaro is a soccer player, but he has a grandfather who is a master instructor of a branch of Shinkage-ryu. On the other hand, Kamiizumi from a rival university is also a soccer player, but he is a skilled swordsman of Aizu Ittou-ryu. (Kamiizumi's ancestor is said to be the son of Kamiizumi Ise no Kami, who founded Shinkage-ryu.) One day, the two are drawn into a match at the university kendo club and end up fighting each other. A fated confrontation between two schools that have been passed down to modern times. A match that is completely different from modern kendo is held, utilizing the principles and techniques of ancient martial arts.
