The protagonist's childhood friend Takemi Saeko is a perfect honor student in every way. Since childhood, the protagonist has been unable to win against Takemi in anything. The protagonist is determined to eventually beat Takemi no matter what. Despite desperately working hard for that goal, Takemi surpasses them in everything. Seeing the frustrated protagonist, Takemi laughed happily by herself. This is a story about the protagonist being taught a lesson by their ill-natured childhood friend.
