Tobari Tare Yoi is a library committee member.

Haruka Tajima is a first-year high school student at a prefectural high school. She wants to shake off her elementary school days when she was called things like "Taj Mahal" or "Yanagyu Tajima no Kami," and now wants to be called "Haruka-chan" in high school. The other protagonist is her best friend, Yoi Tobari, a literary girl with a clean forehead who looks good in glasses. One day, Haruka and Yoi enter the library office combined with a prep room for their library committee duties, where they become caught up in strange incidents.
