A new transfer student has arrived at Mineo Malta National Academy of Science, one of the foremost magical academies in the Water Nation, the very birthplace of magic. Her name is Rocca Wilcox. She was a rough girl from the mines who had almost no knowledge of magic and had barely received even an elementary school education.
