Everly's Tears

Carlos, the second son of a marquis family, had made a promise of future marriage with Everly, who had long stood by his side and supported him during a time when he was bedridden with a serious illness. However, when Carlos recovered from his illness and Everly fell ill in his place, he sees her beautiful appearance turn ugly due to the disease, and his heart shifts to Louise, who is famous for her beauty and belongs to the marquis family.
