If I were to become a woman

My name is Satou Yuusaku. I'm 17 years old. After finishing the final exams of the third semester, I was about to go out and have fun in high spirits when I failed to notice a banana peel on the road, slipped on it, lost my balance significantly, and fell from a bridge that was about 50 meters high. My life ended there — or so it should have. Somehow, I had undergone a brain transplant surgery, a procedure that had only recently been introduced in Japan with only about 3 surgical cases on record, and I was still alive. However, due to a doctor's mistake, I ended up in a woman's body?! This is a work that depicts the life of Satou Yuusaku, now known as Satou Nagisa, in such circumstances. This is my first novel. The writing is far from what could be called literature, but I appreciate your understanding. If you find any typos or omissions, please let me know.
