At Umeno High School's cultural festival, Kasama Mitsuka, a third-year middle school student who came to receive a literary collection, meets an unusual high school girl. For some reason, this girl knows about Mitsuka and that she had been ghostwriting the works in the literary collection. Surprised, Mitsuka receives a message saying, "I have something I want to give you, so let's meet later." When Mitsuka sees what the unusual high school girl gives her upon their second meeting, she is shocked and bursts into tears.
