Garden of White Lilies

The time is the Taisho era. With the establishment of the Takarazuka Girls' Operetta, all-female operetta troupes were being created everywhere. The Shirayuri Operetta Troupe here in Yokohama is one of them. Kasakka Hanae, a 15-year-old girl, enrolls in the affiliated training school "Shirayuri Girls' Music School" as a third-generation student aspiring to play the female lead role. Hanae harbors a secret love for Nagiyuki Tsukino, her classmate who is eight years her senior and aspires to play the male lead role, whom she met during the entrance examination.
