Isn't it unfair to say it's your own responsibility without providing proper information?

The fourth dose of the COVID vaccine came around, but I'm not getting it. Because after receiving the previous doses, I've been suffering from acid reflux disease, black spots appeared on my fingertips after the third dose which was unsettling, and in June of this year, my health checkup showed liver dysfunction. Then, when I had a blood test, my liver turned out to be healthy. It was my immune system that got damaged, or so the story goes.
