Kairi and Miyabi met when they were 10 years old and have loved each other since childhood, always spending time together. However, Miyabi was born with a bomb in her heart, and a doctor told her that the bomb would explode at age 10, leaving her not knowing when she will die. Being together is what brings them the most joy and happiness, yet they are constantly unable to escape the fear of eventually being separated. Finally, unable to wait for death, Miyabi commits suicide by jumping in the spring when she turns 19, and Kairi follows her in death.
