So, uh, there was this world war that finally ended, and the demon world and human world reached a temporary peace. The hero who had been planning to set out on a journey ended up having nothing to do since his role became unnecessary. With nothing to do but still possessing great power, the hero decided to visit the Demon King's castle for fun, and ended up traveling the world together with the Demon King. Then they ended up discovering things like slaves, which were originally forbidden, and got caught up in all sorts of situations.
